  • We Accept Tiny Homes with 50 amp Service ​
  • Wi-Fi available as a courtesy for all guests
  • 50/30/20 Amp Hookups at Each Site
  • Must notify us prior to washing RV’s or Vehicles
  • Trash in Dumpsters must be in “Tied Bags”
    • ALL Boxes Must Be Broken Down
  • No Loud Music or Park Disturbances
  • Drugs are Forbidden
    • Expect Immediate Eviction — No Exceptions
    • Residents responsible for visitors
  • Insurance for RV’s, Motorhomes and Vehicles is expected
  • ALL vehicles must have current registration
  • Fulton RV Park is not responsible for Loss or Damage to RV’s, Motorhomes, Vehicles or Property
  • No Subleasing Permitted
  • Pets – Limit Two under 25 pounds
    • Leash & Poop Pickup Required
    • No Barking Dogs Allowed
  • No RV’s over 10 years old
  • Must keep your lot clean of trash, clutter and debris
