- We Accept Tiny Homes with 50 amp Service
- Wi-Fi available as a courtesy for all guests
- 50/30/20 Amp Hookups at Each Site
- Must notify us prior to washing RV’s or Vehicles
- Trash in Dumpsters must be in “Tied Bags”
- ALL Boxes Must Be Broken Down
- No Loud Music or Park Disturbances
- Drugs are Forbidden
- Expect Immediate Eviction — No Exceptions
- Residents responsible for visitors
- Insurance for RV’s, Motorhomes and Vehicles is expected
- ALL vehicles must have current registration
- Coastal Cowboy RV Park is not responsible for Loss or Damage to RV’s, Motorhomes, Vehicles or Property
- No Subleasing Permitted
- Pets – Limit Two under 25 pounds
- Leash & Poop Pickup Required
- No Barking Dogs Allowed
- No RV’s over 10 years old
- Must keep your lot clean of trash, clutter and debris
